Package 1: Month-Of Coordination
This service is perfect for couples who have booked their vendors and secured their venue, but still need a coordinator for the big day. We will assist with final preparations and make sure that everything goes smoothly and according to plan.
This package includes, but is not limited to:
Pre-Wedding Services:
- Up to 2 meetings to discuss details
- Unlimited communication (phone calls, emails, and text messages)
- Coordination of details with venue personnel
- Review all vendor contracts to ensure all obligations are met
- Confirmation of all final details & vendor schedules
- Creation of floor plan
- Development of custom wedding day timeline
- Provide wedding day checklist
- Rehearsal coordination on the day of the wedding or the day before if the venue is available
- Attend final appointment/walk-through of venue & reception site
Wedding Day Services:
- Includes a lead coordinator & assistant coordinator
- Up to 12 hours on wedding day
- Point of contact for all vendors on wedding day
- Reception site preparations (extra fee for separate site)
- Receive deliveries & direct vendors
- Ensure wedding runs smoothly & on schedule
- Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendors on your behalf
- Oversee site decoration & set-up
- Setup & styling of wedding elements (guest book, place cards, favors, etc.)
Ceremony Coordination:
- Distribute floral items to wedding party & pinning of boutonnières as needed
- Direct ceremony processional/recessional
- Assist with gathering wedding party and family members for photos
- Greet & direct guests to ceremony
Reception Services:
- Greet & assist guests as they arrive for reception
- Prepare wedding party for grand entrance
- Coordinate with DJ regarding timeline of events & announcements (i.e. 1st dance, speeches,
toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.) - Cake cutting services, if not provided by caterer
- Prepare guests for bride & groom departure
- Assist with wedding gifts/cards
- Consolidate and organize decor and rental items
Additional Services (extra fee):
- Room flip from inside ceremony to inside reception
- Break down and packaging all personal belongings
- Hours in excess of the 12 contracted hours
- Access to the Perfectly Planned Team's decor closet
- Special signage/calligraphy chalkboard includes A-Frame)
- Returning rental items to other vendors
- Rehearsal dinner set-up, design, decorate, coordination w/cater
- Travel over 30 miles (one-way)
Package 2: Partial Planning + Month-Of
Designed for the couple that wants advice and guidance while planning the perfect wedding. We will provide vendor recommendations as well as professional assistance throughout the planning process so nothing is overlooked and we will help coordinate your day so that you can be stress-free.
This package includes, but is not limited to:
- Unlimited communication by phone and email
- One meeting per month
- Monthly email check-ins to ensure details are proceeding as planned
- Venue consultation, recommendations & contract review
- Venue site visits
- Attendance at final venue walk through
- Vendor consultation, recommendations & contract review
- Attend up to 3 vendor meetings
- Budget assistance
- Rehearsal dinner consultation & recommendations
- Rehearsal for ceremony consultation & direction
- Assistance with theme, design & decor
- Assistance with seating charts and floor plans
- And this package includes all of the Month-Of Package
Package 3: Full Wedding Planning + Month-Of
This package is designed for the couple that wants comprehensive professional assistance to coordinate all aspects of your wedding. We will work together to coordinate and plan your perfect wedding throughout the whole planning process, keeping you stress-free and letting you enjoy your day to its fullest. we want to hear all your ideas, dreams, visions (and your Pinterest plans!) to create a wedding day completely customized to you.
This package includes, but not limited to:
- One meeting per month (if needed)
- Unlimited communication by email and phone
- Monthly email check-ins to ensure details are proceeding as planned
- Wedding planning timeline
- Schedule and attend venue site appointments
- Schedule vendor appointments, attend meetings, and assist with negotiations
- Assist with financial prioritization, planning & execution
- Assist in designing a wedding style, theme, colors and floor plan
- Rehearsal dinner consultation, recommendation, book dinner reservation and set-up
- Rehearsal direction/coordination

Package 4: Intimate/Elopement Package
This package is designed for your close family and friends to join and celebrate your wedding as well. Think of it as a cross between a traditional wedding and an elopement. You can have all the elements and elegance of the former with the affordability and intimacy of the latter.
This package includes but is not limited to:
- 3-6 meeting to discuss details (includes the venue walk through)
- Unlimited communication by phone or email
